Esta aplicación es para los miembros de Ikigai Academia: consultar el horario, apuntar tu asistencia, ver tus cinturones y llevar tu diario de entrenamiento privado.
Para cualquier cosa del club — darte de alta, apuntar a tus hijos, cuotas, cinturones, horarios o una clase concreta — habla con un administrador del club en el gimnasio. Ellos gestionan las cuentas, las altas y el horario desde la propia aplicación.
Si algo no funciona, si no puedes entrar en tu cuenta o si quieres darnos tu opinión, escribe a privacy@magicaid.online. Contamos qué teléfono usas y qué estabas haciendo cuando ocurrió: así se arregla antes.
Puedes borrar tu cuenta tú mismo desde Perfil → Borrar mi cuenta. En Borrar tu cuenta se explica qué se borra, qué se conserva de forma anónima y qué hacer si no puedes entrar en la aplicación. La política de privacidad cubre qué se guarda mientras tienes cuenta y quién lo ve.
Cualquier publicación puede reportarse desde la propia publicación, y un administrador la revisa. También puedes bloquear a un miembro desde su perfil: dejarás de ver sus publicaciones y no se le avisa de nada.
This app is for members of Ikigai Academia: checking the timetable, recording your attendance, following your belts and keeping your own private training diary.
For anything about the club — joining, enrolling your kids, fees, belts, the timetable or a particular class — speak to a club admin at the gym. They manage accounts, approvals and the timetable from the app itself.
If something doesn't work, you can't get into your account, or you want to tell us what would make it better, write to privacy@magicaid.online. Tell us which phone you use and what you were doing at the time — it gets fixed faster that way.
You can delete your account yourself from Profile → Delete my account. Deleting your account sets out what is erased, what is kept anonymously, and what to do if you cannot get into the app. The privacy policy covers what is stored while you have an account and who can see it.
Any post can be reported from the post itself, and an admin reviews it. You can also block a member from their profile: you stop seeing their posts, and they are told nothing.
